"In my roles as Senior Programmes Manager at Youth Beyond Borders and a Trustee at The Avenues Youth Project, I focus on supporting young people from all backgrounds to help them reach their potential. I spend most of my time designing and delivering programmes for 16 to 25 year olds that centre on creativity, entrepreneurship, and wellness. Outside of work, I’m driven by a simple curiosity about how we connect, both to ourselves and the world around us. Whether it’s through music, travel, or an interest in neuroplasticity, I enjoy exploring things that bridge that gap. Right now, I’m on a bit of a journey, exploring the link between mind, body, and space to show up more authentically in my work and community. I’m all about tapping into creativity and collective energy to make a genuine impact."
